South Hill is a collection of memories from the first year Fran Gulick spent in her ‘forever’ home -from scampering squirrels making their home in her backyard to the mysterious mushrooms growing in a fairy ring, from the rose bushes and fanciful freesias in her garden, to her son’s love for the moon and night sky. These are the things that stand out when she thinks back to that first year, as she finally put down roots. Random stripes, scattered dots and tossed bouquets round out the collection and give it structure. The Sweet Pink, Dusky Navy, and Silvery Gray color palette is Fran's favorite story and it is a brilliant and a lovely choice for quilts and modern home decor.
