Wecker Frisch. All of the original images were chosen from rare antique thread trade
cards, French fashion ‘how to’ magazines and Janet’s seven years of She Who Sews
calendar art. A passion that touches the soul in an artful way, images, and sentimental scraps collected over time are being collaged and enhanced using sketchy stitches, inks and dyes, pushing the boundaries of creativity when combined with traditional quilting and sewing techniques.
